Executive chef Vanessa Miller takes a modern spin on classic French and Italian cooking. Focused on local and seasonal offerings, her Metropole menu is prepared with the goal of creating a social experience for guests at the forefront.

Metropole's ever-changing menu showcases the area's sustainable farmers and producers while paying homage to the full potential of often undervalued ingredients. The bar and lounge are inviting places to explore the rotating selection of craft beers on tap, house-made cocktails, Bourbons, and a curated selection of old and new world wines.

Designed by architect Deborah Berke Partner Architects, the space highlights original mosaic tile floors, arched windows, and architectural details, reestablishing the warmth and vitality of this historic gem.
